Summers are on their peak and you want some soothing and mouth watering dessert? It is winters and you want to relish something more chilling than the nippy winters? In both the cases you can try the extremely delectable Badami Kulfi.
Kulfi is an essential and most preffered dessert of India. You can enjoy Kulfi at point o ftime in any season. Try this rich and tasty klufi at home which has richness of cream and health of badams (almonds).

Cook time: 8 hours (in freezer)
- 1 Cup Almonds (peeled and grinded)
- 1-1/2 Cup Condensed milk
- 1 Cup Whipped cream
- 1/4 tsp Powdered cardamom
- 1/2 Cup Pistachios (chopped)
- Pinch of Saffron
To make delicious Badami Kulfi mix in all the ingredients well in a large bowl excluding saffron and pistachios.
Beat the mixture for nearly 5 minutes.
Take the conical moulds to make kulfi and pour in the mixture in the moulds.
Sprinkle chopped saffron and pistachios on it.
Keep the moulds in freezer to let the kulfi freeze and set for about 8 to ten hours.
The Badami Kulfi is ready to relish. Serve it chilled.
