With time traditional Bengali foods have been modified too with a touch of Western Culture. This dish can be served as snacks.

- 2-4 Eggs
- 4 Slice of Bread Cut in form of Cones
- Salt to taste
- 4 Onions (2 of them Finely Chopped and another 2 cut into circular rings)
- 4 Red Chili (2 of them finely chopped)
- 4 Green Chili ( 2 of them finely chopped)
- 4 cups of Mustard Oil.
Make a batter of the 2-4 eggs in a bowl along with salt to taste.
Add finely chopped onions and finely chopped chilies (Green + Red).
Mix well and Dip the slices of bread cones into the mixture.
Deep fry each of the bread slices in a frying pan along with 4 cups of Mustard Oil
After it turns to Golden, put them on a plate.
Garnish with rest of the Green and Red Chilies along with Circular Onion Rings.
Serve hot with Tomato Ketchup.
