Chana masala ingredients:

Tomato puree 600-790 gr
Vegan Butter 2 tbsp
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cardamom 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
Curry powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Dried red chili peppers to taste
1 can chick peas with water + 1 can chickpeas without water
Classic coconut milk 1 can – only the cream

Notes: this is a mild curry recipe. If you want a strong curry flavor just add more of the spices listed above. Serve with basmati rice and enjoy!
